Mr. Ram has over 23 years of experience advising executives in the commercial real estate and commercial interiors industry. He is responsible for creating over $100M of Net Operating Income for owners of commercial property in New York City. He worked in CBRE’s Brokerage Services group in Midtown Manhattan. Where he used his strong knowledge of the Manhattan market and ever changing landscape to structure creative deals while providing guidance in each step of the transaction process. Jeffrey’s strong sales acumen and notable customer service skills allow him to maintain excellent partnerships with his existing clients and effectively grow new relationships.
Jeffrey is a past member of the Corporate advisory board for Angelwish. The mission is to help children with chronic diseases and is active with the organization. Jeffrey recently hiked the Presidential Traverse in New Hampshire’s white mountain region. He volunteers as a Assistant Scoutmaster and has a wife and two son’s
